Services are advisory. You explicitly acknowledge that our services are advisory. You bear sole responsibility for the use and implementation of these services in your business and are completely responsible for your actions and results. You agree to forever indemnify and hold harmless NITROGEN, from and against any loss, cost or expense resulting from your activities related to NITROGEN’s provision of consulting or your use of the advice and to get your own independent legal and financial advice as to ability to use the information regarding your business.

Your business is your own and your decisions to go forward with any funnel, advertising, survey or activity that we may recommend or use of any advice that we may provide will be yours alone and you are responsible for your choices. We provide no performance guarantee or warranty of any kind, express or implied, with respect to program, funnels, coaching, consulting, mentorship, build, design, results, our personnel or the results or consequences of going forward with any activity we may recommend or any materials we may provide. You agree to release and hold us harmless for any liability arising from your participation in our program including any consequential, exemplary, punitive, special or indirect damages, including lost profits. In no event shall our liability to you ever exceed the total amount that you have paid us for program implementation during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding any claim or $2,500, whichever is less. Any claims arising out of your use of the program, funnels, mentoring, coaching, consulting, website or traffic programs must be brought in District court, Cobb County, Georgia and are subject to the Laws of Georgia. The provision of this Section and the CLIENT’s obligations hereunder shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
